Palm Beach, west of Algiers, has in recent years become a popular beach. It's a sunny Thursday. It is barely 9:30, when vacationers piled on the beach of fine sand. They came so early, it is to find a place equipped with necessary amenities. For those who use the coast through Staouéli at a late hour of the day, they will have some way to go because of the traffic, dense, and dams that police do not hesitate to call passengers to control routine. 20 km in two hours just to get to this place where palm trees that were all its splendor, are no longer part of the decor. Under a blazing sun, it is a real struggle, especially when the vehicle is not air conditioned.
